This is a great shave soap, the lather is very slick and cushiony. The shaving performance compares favorably with more expensive artisanal soaps. I really like the scent, although the scent of the soap is kind of faint. The aftershave splash has more of that clean, "beachy" ocean scent, and it lasts for hours. If you can find them, get both the soap and splash.
