Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise noted, USPS is our carrier of choice.
We ship most of our products worldwide, however, due to postal regulations we cannot ship aftershave that contains alcohol internationally due to its flammability. International orders with alcohol-based products will be refunded and cancelled.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers, and tracking number can take up to 48 hours to become active.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. We do not attempt to profit on the shipping portion of our business, and on average we do not. However, at times our plugin may estimate your shipping high, and sometimes low. If the quoted price does not look right, let us know and we will see if we can fix it.
Please note that international rates are always very high (generally between $15-$20/lb), and unfortunately always out of our control. If you know of a way for us to (legally) ship cheaper, please contact us!
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 90 days of your purchase. Due to the nature of our product, items with security seals must be returned with the seals intact for customer safety reasons.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Soap and aftershave must have any safety seals intact (if applicable) for our customer's protection.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
There are no restocking fees. The customer is responsible for round trip shipping if the product is not defective. Allergies are not considered a product defect.
